We are seeking expressions of interest for the following nursing positions:
- Clinical Manager (RN)
Reporting directly to the Village Manager, this is our key clinical leadership role. The core focus is to provide clinical governance to the facility as a whole and act as a mentor for our senior clinical staff.
- Unit Coordinators (RN)
Reporting to the Clinical Manager, Unit Coordinators are responsible for oversight of their designated unit – this can be the Rest Home, Hospital or Special Care (dementia) unit. The core focus is to manage a dedicated team on a daily basis and ensure that the highest standards of care are delivered. This role is well suited to candidates that are looking to lead a team but still have a hands on nursing component to their work.
- Registered Nurse
Reporting to the Unit Coordinator and Clinical Manager, this role involves general nursing duties and providing guidance to a team of dedicated Care Staff. We have a variety of Registered Nurse roles available throughout NZ with a wide range of set shift times and days to choose from.
