World’s longest golf course completed in Australia

The much-anticipated Nullarbor Links Golf Course is open and ready for play – for those who have time! Officially opening in October and playable from this month, the longest course in the world is an 18-hole par 72 golf course spanning 1,365 kilometers with one hole in each participating town or roadhouse along the Eyre Highway, from Kalgoorlie in Western Australia to Ceduna in South Australia. Each hole will include a green and tee and somewhat rugged outback-style natural terrain fairway. The course crosses dramatic Australian landscape from rugged coastlines to the red dirt of the Nullarbor Plain, where kangaroos, bush turkeys and emus roam free to provide a quintessential Australian experience. Nullarbor Golf tours will be running 8 day tours from Adelaide to Kalgoorlie from A$2,635 per person (approx £1,300) based on twin share. Tours will include accommodation, transfers between holes and meals. Golf clubs available for use.
